Business Systems Analyst

Experience Required – 5-7 Years

Location : Remote, India

Time zone : 1PM-10 PM IST

End Date : 6 Months Initially

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements for Oracle OTM, DHL integrations (shipments, costs, EDI, reporting / analytics).
  • Refine requirements into actionable technical items.
  • Translate requirements into feature requests, align with best practices, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with business / technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.
  • Support preparation and execution of UAT.
  • Ensure timely project progress, raise risks / issues as needed.
  • Identify when deviations from standards are required and facilitate decisions through governance.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in ERP deployments, especially in Supply Chain Execution domain.
  • Requirements engineering experience (certification like IREB preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling (UML, Use Cases, BPMN).
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) across technical / non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft tools expertise : Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, SharePoint.
  • Independent worker, needs guidance only in complex cases.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
