Required Skillset

Overall experience : 5-8 years

Azure Devops (3 years relevant experience on how the feature flow works, usage of tool)

Tools like – Figma, Visio,

API and SQL

Microsoft Excel, Word

Know how of creating architecture diagram

Job Characteristics :

Works with multiple stakeholders to assess impact of proposed solutions, facilitate deployments and support organizational change management.

Acts as an expert of product and answers questions around “What,” “Why,” “ Impact,” and “Value.”

Ensures all the experience and design.

Proactively monitors and promotes industry, function, and technology opportunities.

Owns the health of the product, the product backlog and prioritization.

Writes user stories, acceptance criteria, and nonfunctional requirements (e.g. security, reliability, maintainability, scalability), and test cases.

Facilitates sprint reviews (accepts or rejects the work results) and User Acceptance Training (UAT).

Prioritizes and supports feature creation to achieve the most business value.

Coordinates project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and proactively reports out on status and tasks.

Coaches employees to make use of technology and information.

Knows what the team can deliver, and drives delivery commitments.

Education / Work Experience :

Degree and 8+ years' experience.

Independence level / Reports to : Acts independently under general direction.

Errors may cause significant disruption to operations or major costs.

May have duties instructing, directing, and checking the work of other.

May have quality assurance review.

Normally reports to the Product Manager.
