Business Analyst - SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud Platform

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud (SAP Commerce) to join our digital transformation and eCommerce team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, gathering and analyzing requirements, defining system processes, and ensuring that the SAP Hybris platform delivers best-in-class eCommerce solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and QA teams to drive successful end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and optimization of our Hybris Commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to eCommerce processes, digital storefronts, product catalogs, pricing, order management, and customer journeys.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams for SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud implementations.
• Partner with solution architects and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Support Hybris platform configurations by providing functional input on catalog structure, product content, promotions, workflows, and personalization.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing system capabilities and business requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect triage, and post-release validation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements are implemented according to SAP Commerce Cloud best practices and project standards.
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improving customer experience, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation including business process models, configuration guides, and release notes.
• Stay updated on SAP Commerce Cloud releases, features, and industry best practices to recommend relevant improvements.
