Technical Business Analyst

Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis along with a solid understanding of technical systems, software development lifecycles, and data-driven processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system and process changes.
• Support project management activities including scope definition, prioritization, and planning.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT / development teams.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
