Responsibilities :

• Source and screen profiles using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and interview coordination.
• Focus on Non-IT recruitment with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Utilize Excel and data analytics for tracking and improving hiring processes.
