Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruitment Lead to manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for software and IT roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will specialize in software recruitment and possess strong technical understanding to accurately evaluate and validate candidates’ technical skills.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining quick turnaround times for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and software roles across various domains.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with expertise in Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, SAP, Oracle, QA Testing , and other software technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments and skill validations to ensure candidates meet client and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, , referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Manage and mentor junior recruiters to build team capability and maintain consistent performance.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes, data protection, and US labor laws.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for recruitment escalations or project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment , with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiter capacity .
  • Proven experience recruiting for software development, testing, and infrastructure roles in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to assess candidates’ proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools ( Recruiter, ATS, Job Boards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring compliance is essential.
