We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across niche technology verticals. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for ERP, Cybersecurity, Data & AI / ML roles, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic hiring initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical understanding and consultative leadership.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions across various domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions across ERP, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and AI / ML.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver quality hires within target timelines.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social recruiting, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage and optimize the ATS tools (Taleo, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Mentor junior recruiters and guide them in market research, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices.
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical technology skill sets.
- Generate recruitment analytics and dashboards to support business hiring decisions.
- Ensure a superior candidate and stakeholder experience through all recruitment touchpoints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with exposure to multiple technology domains.Proven track record in closing mid-to-senior level technical roles.Strong proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment analytics.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Deep understanding of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping.Required Skills
Experience hiring for ERP and Cybersecurity projects across global markets.Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools or sourcing automation platforms.Ability to lead hiring strategy discussions and recruitment process improvements.Pay range and compensation package
