Experience Required : 10+ years in Manpower staffing Consultancy
Industry : Staffing / Recruitment / HR Consulting
Candidate Should have good understanding of manufacturing Industries and their difference
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement Monthly, Quarterly & Annually recruitment strategy & target aligned with business goals.
- Forecast hiring needs based on client demands and market trends.
- Design and standardize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Establish performance metrics (TAT, conversion ratio, client satisfaction, revenue per recruiter, etc.).
2. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet the weekly, monthly targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and capability-building sessions.Foster a high-performance culture focused on targets, quality, and client satisfaction.3. Client Management & Business Growth
Act as point of contact for assigned clients and build long-term relationships.Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand client needs and deliver suitable recruitment solutions.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations.Drive expansion of accounts and ensure revenue targets are met.4. Recruitment Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.Ensure effective utilization of job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.Ensure compliance with labour laws, data protection norms, and client policies.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.Proven expertise in volume hiring, IT / non-IT recruitment, and senior-level hiring.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.Familiarity with HR tech tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing automation.Performance Indicators (KPIs)
