Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, delivering product or service information, and generating leads. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and providing pre-sales support and information. The Pre-Sales Specialist will also participate in customer training sessions and ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure seamless interactions
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in providing training and support to clients
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiarity with the real estate industry will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
