Job Opening :  Banking Chat Support Executive (UK Shift)

Role Overview :

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for the Banking Chat Process (non-voice) in a leading BPO setup. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to build a career in customer support for international clients.

Eligibility Criteria :

• HSC / Graduate Freshers (Any Stream) – Welcome to apply!
• HSC / Graduate with minimum 6 months of BPO / customer service experience can also apply
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Comfortable working in a UK Shift ( 10.30am - 2.30am ) & US SHIFT ( 5.30pm - 8am ) Any 9 hours shift.

Take-Home Salary : ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 / month

Process Type : Chat Support (Non-Voice) – No calling involved

Weekly Offs : Any Two rotational off.
