Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Servicing and New Business Development (NBD) Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining communication with external and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement client programs effectively. The Manager will play a key role in aligning client needs with business offerings.
