We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.

Designation : Client Servicing Executive- Jr

Job Location : Andheri East (Mumbai)

Qualification Required : Any graduate (BMM Background Preferred)

Working Days : 6 days working (Monday - Saturday)

Experience Required : 0-2 years

Probation : 3months

Salary Range : upto 25k / month

Job Type : Full time

Reports To : Client Servicing Manager

Job Profile :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Assist in negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
• Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Manage campaign and oversee its end-to-end execution.
• Co-ordinate with partners and vendors for daily tasks
• Follow-up for payments and generate invoices.
