Role Overview :
DataBeat is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to join our performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital marketing analytics, performance optimization, and data interpretation.
You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance across multiple digital platforms, interpreting GA4 audience data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that improve ROI across both paid and organic channels. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a data-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, track, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Analyze audience behavior and campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to derive insights and performance trends.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance SEO strategies, content performance, and user engagement.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports to communicate key KPIs and insights effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to align insights with broader business objectives.
- Track conversions, attribution models, and user journeys to assess campaign impact and ROI.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive benchmarks, and audience shifts to guide strategic planning and campaign adjustments.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related roles.Proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including setup, optimization, and analysis.Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) including event tracking, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.Strong working knowledge of CallRail, HubSpot, Salesforce, VWO, SEMrush, GTM, Google Search Console, and Excel / Google Sheets.Solid understanding of SEO analytics and how data influences keyword strategy and SERP performance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills capable of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills :
Experience with UTM tracking, conversion pixels, and tag management systems (e.g., GTM).Strong understanding of attribution modeling, multi-channel performance analysis, and CRM integrations.Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A / B testing frameworks.Why Join DataBeat :
