Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll be part of Kustard’s performance team, working directly with the Performance Lead to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

You’ll learn to think like a growth strategist — combining data, logic, and creative experimentation to help brands achieve consistent ROI and lead quality improvement.

This is a hands-on, analytical, and fast-paced role — ideal for someone early in their career who’s serious about mastering performance marketing.

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
