• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in OSS / BSS domain
• Preferably worked with design, development and integration for fraud management and revenue assurance systems
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills
• Knowledge of unix (unix variants - solaris, linux, etc)
• Work with customer for Data collection related activities
• Hands on oracle (architecture, sql, pl / sql)& development
• Hands on scripting languages (i.e. Unix)
• Experience in SS7 Protocols
• Good understanding of support processes.
• Manage installation, integration & operations activities.
• Manage client relationships and deliverables
• Coordinate Installation and Integration activities
• Business Analysis for FMCC & RA Implementation
• Acceptance Testing of Product
• Perform Site Surveys, liaison with Customer for ensuring Site availability ?
