Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Implementation Specialist Card Payments, Compliance & Security to join our Mumbai-based team. This role demands hands-on expertise in card scheme processing (debit / prepaid), CMS integration, EFT Switches, and in-depth knowledge of PCI DSS, RBI DL SAR, and other compliance standards. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of secure and compliant card-based payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects for debit and prepaid card payments.
• Configure and integrate Card Management Systems (CMS) for card issuance, lifecycle management, and authentication.
• Oversee EFT Switch integration for transaction routing, authorization, and settlement.
• Ensure adherence to Scheme Compliance, PCI DSS, RBI DL SAR, and ISO 27001 standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Work with EMV, ISO 8583, 3D Secure, tokenization, and encryption protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, banks, and partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide domain-level guidance to support audits, risk assessments, and security reviews.
