Job Title : Blockchain Engineer (Solidity / EVM)

Location : Remote-first (India) with occasional travel (1-2 days / month)

Type : Full-time, exclusive role

As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be at the core of this mission, working on deep smart-contract logic, integrating with custody solutions like Fireblocks, and ensuring contracts are resilient, audited, and upgradable.

Role Overview : You will :

Build and maintain Solidity / EVM smart contracts powering tokenization, mint / burn flows, and custody integration.
Ensure security and gas efficiency across all deployed contracts.
Integrate with Fireblocks / MPC custody, managing signature schemes and multi-party workflows.
Work on proof of reserves, oracles, and verifiable audit feeds.
Collaborate with backend, infra, and product teams to build seamless on-chain to off-chain bridges.
Support audits, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, test, deploy upgradable and secure contracts with role-based access.

Integrate custody / MPC workflows and oracle feeds.

Optimize for security (reentrancy, overflows, front-running, etc.

Maintain documentation and support audit processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

36 years of experience in blockchain / Web3 / smart contract engineering.

Hands-on Solidity / EVM expertise, production-grade contracts a must.

Familiarity with Fireblocks or other MPC / custody integrations.

Strong grasp of secure patterns, audits, and gas optimization.

Proficiency with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, Remix.

Comfortable with version control, CI / CD, and automated testing pipelines.

Bachelors in CS / Engineering or equivalent experience with a track record of deployed contracts.

Interview Process :

Technical smart contract test.

System and architecture deep dive (security focused).

Code auditstyle review.

Culture and fit discussion.
