Job Description :
Lead end-to-end design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications.
Provide technical leadership to the ServiceNow development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive implementations across multiple modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, or others as per business needs.
Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other technologies.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements while maintaining system stability.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and provide recommendations for platform improvements.
