As a Senior Project Manager at Infopro Learning, you will play a key leadership role in managing the complete project lifecycle — ensuring delivery of innovative learning solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and timelines.

You will act as the central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, flawless project execution, and long-term account growth. This role calls for a blend of strong project management acumen, deep understanding of the eLearning domain, and practical knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations.
• Ensure achievement of key success parameters — quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Coordinate seamlessly with SMEs, Instructional Design, and Media teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and value-driven interactions.
• Provide timely, structured feedback to internal teams to enhance performance and project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, focusing on cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day team management, including resourcing, workload balancing, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and present Billing / MIS reports to clients and senior leadership.
• Manage external or contractual resources to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Optimize resource utilization across people, tools, and technology to achieve operational efficiency.
