Senior Project Manager

Infopro Learning , you will play a key leadership role in managing the complete project lifecycle — ensuring delivery of innovative learning solutions that meet the highest standards of

quality, cost, and timelines .

You will act as the central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, flawless project execution, and long-term account growth. This role calls for a blend of

strong project management acumen ,

deep understanding of the eLearning domain , and

practical knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles .

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations.

Ensure achievement of key success parameters —

quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets .

Coordinate seamlessly with SMEs, Instructional Design, and Media teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Manage and strengthen client relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and value-driven interactions.

Provide timely, structured feedback to internal teams to enhance performance and project outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement through innovation, focusing on

cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement .

Oversee day-to-day team management, including resourcing, workload balancing, and conflict resolution.

Prepare and present

Billing / MIS reports

to clients and senior leadership.

Manage external or contractual resources to ensure timely, high-quality output.

Optimize resource utilization across people, tools, and technology to achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

12+ years

of experience in the online learning or corporate training industry.

7+ years

of project management experience leading large-scale learning projects.

Proven experience managing teams of

30+ members

across all project phases — initiation to delivery.

Strong client engagement, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Demonstrated success in driving decision-making and achieving project excellence.

Preferred :

Prior experience or understanding of

Instructional Design

and

Adult Learning methodologies .

PMP® / PMI certification

highly desirable.
