About the Role :

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms to join our growing QA team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of end-to-end testing of e-commerce workflows such as product listings, cart functionality, checkout, and payment integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute test cases (manual) for web and mobile platforms.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Validate fixes and conduct re-testing as needed.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.
