Your Opportunity
Identified individuals will be responsible for the development, management and execution of strategic engagement plans for key accounts. The individuals will serve as a central point of contact for key stakeholders and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination to drive the belief shift among HCPs, deliver value-based partnerships that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes .
- Shaping the retinal market through adequate disease awareness among the relevant stakeholders, improving timely screening, diagnosis and treatment of the disease by lifting the eco-system and reducing the burden of preventable blindness in India due to retinal disorders
- Establish & lead the Key Account management Strategy in Ophthalmology disease area across the clusters and share the best practices and learnings among the other disease areas / functions
- Lead and execute global / CEETRIS level projects in the affiliate. Share best practices among CEETRIS / Global team on the key learnings from the initiatives driven in India
Account Planning & Strategy
Develop & maintain customized HCP & account plans (Overall strategy & key tactics) for each key accountIdentify key stakeholders (HODs, Procurement, Marketing & Admin Head etc) within each account & develop a comprehensive strategic engagement planBuild long-term strategic partnerships with account stakeholders based on shared goals and unmet needs driving Triple Win ImpactCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate, lead & drive outcome based initiatives :Medical Experts, Disease Area Medical Leads for scientific engagement for improving belief on Vabysmo, RWE Generation & Centre for Phase III / IV Clinical TrialsCoach & guide the PJPs on the required skill sets for comprehensive account management & for day-to-day execution and pull-through activitiesMarket Access for innovative pricing solutions like commercial contracting, MEA & Patient SolutionsMarketing for tailoring brand, disease awareness campaigns to account-specific engagementsDigital / CRM / Analytics for data-driven insights and digital solutionsCustomer / Account Engagement
Develop trusted relationships with users, decision-makers and influencers across accountsPlan, facilitate and execute high-impact activities like International speaker connect, training workshops through COEs, commercial interventions, disease awareness, screening, diagnosis initiatives, strengthen referral pathways, media engagements etcFacilitate timely response to medical, product, and commercial queriesPerformance Monitoring
Holds the shared responsibility & accountability for the key accounts along with PJP & Cluster Heads
Monitor account performance via KPIsConduct quarterly progress reviews with internal teams and accountsWho You Are
You hold a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with 4+ years in Pharmaceutical / Device industry. Preferably, you have a Master's degreeExperience in Ophthalmology (Cataract / Retina device industry, Intra-vitreal injection market) will be preferredWho we are
