Position : Associate Manager - HR Business Partner ( HRBP )

About the Role
This role serves as a strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role partners with leadership to optimize talent management, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity, promotion & mobility) to guide decision-making
- Lead several change management initiatives such as organizational redesign, capability build and culture tenants
- Be a coach and guide to the employees and managers to help build a culture of respect and mentorship aligned with Tredence leadership principles
Talent Engagement, Management & Development
Lead talent processes such as : onboarding, goal setting, performance and potential management, feedback mechanisms and career developmentDrive succession planning and leadership pipeline developmentEmployee Relations & Culture
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretationChampion DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplaceConduct stay / exit interviews and implement retention strategiesOptimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experienceCompliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policiesManage sensitive employee issues with discretion and legal complianceQualifications & Skills
Required :
7-11 years of solid HR experience including at least 3+ years of experience in lead HRBP role with independent charge of a large business unitMinimum employee span handled in the past 1000+At least 5+ years in IT services or consulting services companiesBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology or related fields + Master's / MBA in Human ResourcesPreferred :
HR certification (SHRM-CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR)- PreferredExperience with HRIS, HR Analytics, employment lawIndustry-specific knowledge [e.g., tech, analytics]Why Join Us
