About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic techno-functional professional to lead complex digital and data-driven projects for global customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical roots, business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple work-streams-tech, data, QA, analytics.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, especially in the high-tech domain.
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions and delivery plans.
• Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, risk management, and customer reviews.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, team performance, and timely delivery.
• Lead and collaborate with large cross-functional teams (onshore / offshore).
• Contribute to solutioning, proposals, and continuous delivery improvement.
