Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and impactful PM - Digital Transformations with 12+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a proven Delivery Lead with a strong background in managing complex, global digital transformation engagements.

This role requires an expert in project and program management methodologies, with the ability to lead multi-country initiatives, manage risks, and coordinate interdependencies. You will be a key driver of change, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale digital projects within the banking sector.

Key Management & Delivery :

• Lead and manage large, complex digital transformation engagements as a Project / Program Manager.
• Apply a strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies across multiple teams and & Issue Management :
• Proactively manage risks and issues, taking timely and effective corrective measurements.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects with minimal & Leadership :
• Utilize extensive experience with Agile-led delivery to drive project success.
• Provide strong leadership and management to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance Management :
• Manage multi-country / market engagements, ensuring alignment and clear communication with stakeholders across various Skills & Experience :
• 12+ years of experience in managing digital transformation delivery engagements.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Technical Skills :
• Strong experience with Banking-related Digital engagements.
• Extensive experience with Agile-led Attributes :
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• The ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A deep understanding of project and program management methodologies.
