About The Role

We're looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Operations to lead our global people operations team. This role is responsible for building and scaling efficient, compliant, and employee-centered HR operations across all our regions.

You will oversee everything that keeps our people systems, policies, and processes running seamlessly — from onboarding to exits, payroll alignment, compliance, HR systems, analytics, and experience. This role calls for someone who can think strategically, manage details, and lead with empathy and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the global Talent Operations team, providing direction, coaching, and development.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Talent and regional leaders to design and execute scalable people operations strategies.
  • Translate HR strategy into clear operational frameworks, ensuring alignment across countries and business units.
  • Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and process improvement.
  • HR Operations Oversight
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and documentation.
  • Ensure HR systems (HiBob, Microsoft 365 integrations, payroll, and benefits tools) run efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to maintain data accuracy and alignment across systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to HR systems, insurance, and payroll.
  • Compliance & Policy Governance
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions (Singapore, India, UK, etc.).
  • Review and update policies regularly, ensuring consistent implementation and communication across offices.
  • Support audits, visa processes, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • People Analytics & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee workforce reporting and analytics, providing insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and engagement data.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Finance on workforce planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth employee experiences throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives including PMP cycles, mid-year check-ins, and engagement programs.
  • Drive operational improvements that enhance employee satisfaction and ease of interaction with HR processes.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead HR transformation and integration projects, including system migrations, policy harmonization, and process automation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate HR's efficiency and impact.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making within the HR function.

About You

  • Education :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HRIS systems (HiBob preferred), and compliance frameworks.

  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global teams.
  • Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or multi-entity setups.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 (Teams, Power BI, Intune) and HR analytics tools.
  • Prior experience managing HR transitions, mergers, or acquisitions.
