About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal and external communications, HR communications, content and marketing, HR content development, social media strategy, and corporate communication. This role is crucial in enhancing our HR initiatives and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding :

• Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with recruitment, and leadership teams to create compelling narratives highlighting Sodexo's culture, values, and work environment.
• Design and implement initiatives, campaigns, and events that enhance the organization's visibility and reputation in the job market.
