Role : Communication Manager, Worli Mumbai

Experience : 2-5 years

Salary : Up to 6.6- 12 LPA [Depending on experience]

Primary Role Description :

• Build visibility of the organization and its work.
• Plan & Execute engagement and communication initiatives across media platforms (Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Conduct activities to engage Lighthouse Mentors (Volunteers) & Mentees (beneficiaries of the program) through events.
• Document & communicate the impact of the Mentoring program across various media platforms.
• Manage all Communication related requirements of the organisation.
• Oversee the Volunteer Application system.

Key Requirements :

Educational Background : Graduate / Post graduate in any stream or related to Arts, Mass Media, Management, Digital Marketing, Communication.

Languages : Fluency in English a must along with working knowledge of either Hindi or Marathi.

Work Experience : 2 to 5 years in the Corporate / Non-profit Sector in roles relevant to the skills required.
