This role is for a Territory Sales Officer for a leading FMCG company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors , driving sales, and executing market plans within an assigned territory. This is a field-intensive role that requires a strong inclination toward sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company distributors in the assigned market within the branch geography.
- Oversee the sales of various product categories, including cigarettes, food products, stationery, personal care products, and Modern Trade .
- Conduct compulsory market touring .
- Prepare monthly reports and plans at the branch.
- Report directly to the Area Manager .
Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in sales.Strong inclination toward sales and distribution .Market-oriented with a focus on understanding market dynamics.Confidence in engaging with distributors and clients.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Any UG / PG education .Benefits & Structure
Variable pay at the end of every quarter based on performance.Travel allowance for every day on tour.Under probation for one full year, with adequate training provided .Skills Required
