Job description

Primary Objective :

Lead the technical development and stay up to date with new technology and design technical solutions, both Infrastructure and Integrations .

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance

Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Oversee best practices, and quality assurance processes

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement

Assignment description

As a technical lead you work with our technical platform that includes both on-prem and cloud M3.

In this position, you work both with support and development

You ensure that technological improvements are presented and work in tight collaboration with our other developers and stakeholders in our organization globally.

You create pre-studies, system specifications, and time estimates, and you develop systems considering scalability, security, accessibility, and extendibility.

You suggest solutions and functionality to our business partners and provide technical assistance to the applications development team.

Further, you ensure the security and integrity of systems, and recommend policies and procedures for delivery.

Skill requirements

BE / BTech or Equivalent

Expertise in Infor M3 and Integrations

Leadership and mentoring skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset

Experience with both M3 On-prem and cloud platforms

Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Position only for Bangalore

Role description

This role has two main responsibilities; Lead / Guide the team and be the consultant / technical lead. This means that the person will do hands on things as well as plan and think strategicly and keep up to date with the planned development from our vendors side.
