Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Module

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics.
• Perform data conversions using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Develop and manage integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST / SOAP APIs, and file-based methods.
• Create and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Eligibility, and Compensation logic.
• Manage and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), custom roles, and security profiles.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data anomalies.
• Proven experience with multiple HCM modules : Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
