Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations, reports, and technical customizations within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Develop custom reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards.
- Work on data conversion / migration using HDL and HSDL.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities as per client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with technical and security standards.
Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data model and table structures.Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and BI Publisher.Proficiency in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and Web Services (SOAP / REST).Familiarity with Fast Formulas and Security Roles in Oracle HCM.Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, etc.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Job DescriptionJob Summary :

Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Configure modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, etc.Perform system testing, validation, and user training.Work on implementation, support, and enhancements across Oracle Fusion HCM.Collaborate with technical teams for data migration and integrations.Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and end-user documentation.
Provide support during go-live and post-production phases.Required Skills :
