Job Title : Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Experience : 3-8 years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations, reports, and technical customizations within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Develop custom reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards.
• Work on data conversion / migration using HDL and HSDL.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities as per client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with technical and security standards.
