Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 1+ Years of Experience in HR Executive or a related role, preferably in the real estate sector.3. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and relevant HR software tools.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.5.
