Location : Nagpur (Must be based in Nagpur or ready to relocate to Nagpur)

Employment Type : Fulltime

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Nagpur . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows .
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Work with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Proven experience with CURSE (Customization, Upgrade, Reporting, Support, Enhancement)
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, frameworks, and practical applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

5–8 years of proven experience in Salesforce development .

Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, and Salesforce APIs .

Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST / SOAP web services, and third-party applications .

Familiarity with CI / CD, Git, and DevOps practices .

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, App Builder, or related are preferred.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.

Must be based in Nagpur or ready to relocate to Nagpur .
