Human resources specialist

Role : Human Resources Specialist Location : Hyderabad - Remote but have to be in the office as needed.Full Time roleShift timing : ESTLooking for candidates who can join in 3-4 weeks.Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist with 5+ years of professional HR experience have experience working with US-based companies The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, and supporting compliance with company and client HR policies.Key Responsibilities : Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.Work for a US company on HR processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with company policies.Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and time tracking.Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Support HR audits, policy updates, and compliance with labor laws.Complete understanding for US immigration processes like H-1, Green Cards etcOrganize employee engagement programs and internal communications.Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4–5 years of HR experience, with exposure to working with US clients or remote teams.Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience working with global teams and the ability to support EST time zone.Complete familiarity with US employment practices or benefits coordination.
