Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The PeopleSoft Engineer is a role focusing on Peoplesoft HCM, Global Payroll and will collaborate with business and technology experts to enhance People and Culture products and platforms. You will leverage emerging technology trends to deliver innovative, agile solutions for various stakeholders. Your contributions will drive efficiency and impactful outcomes across the organization.
Some of the key responsibilities will include :
- Build custom solutions and deliver application enhancements using PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode; conduct Unit / System Integration Testing (automation experience like PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus).
- Deliver solutions in a DevOps, Agile delivery team, adhering to standard change, development, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS v9.2, Global Payroll, Unix / Linux, database maintenance, and tools like Workflow, Application Messaging, and XML Publisher.
- Experience with cloud-based integrations (AWS), REST / SOAP APIs, multiple message / file formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys).
- Hands-on experience with Fluid AI Development, PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) application, and online modifications (components, pages, fields).
To be eligible for this role you will require :
