As a
Marketing Operations Specialist
at Astra Security, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a structured, data-driven marketing engine that aligns with our revenue goals. You will own HubSpot workflows, integrations, and lead scoring to ensure smooth collaboration between marketing and sales. You will manage data quality, attribution tracking, and compliance across systems while also building the reports and forecasts that guide decision-making at the leadership level.
This role will give you ownership of our marketing technology stack, vendor relationships, and budget tracking. You will define and improve processes, ensure ClickUp sprints and project intake run smoothly, and train the team on tools and best practices. By combining technical execution with strategic reporting and sales alignment, you will help Astra scale its marketing impact and directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Build and maintain workflow automations in HubSpot
Implement lead scoring models, enrich MQLs, and support sales team efficiency
Manage lead handoffs, routing, and sales team requests related to HubSpot and connected tools
Use AI to automate tasks, reporting, and workflows
Integrations and Tool Management :
Set up and manage integrations between CRM and other tools used by marketing and sales
Audit marketing tools to identify unused or underutilized platforms and manage access for the team
Evaluate, onboard, and manage vendor relationships for marketing technology.
Data, Tracking, and Compliance :
Ensure CRM data quality through deduplication, enrichment, and enforcing standards
Fix and streamline lead attribution, ensuring accurate tracking across paid, organic, and other channels
Manage marketing data and tracking compliance with privacy and consent laws, including permissions, opt-ins, and data protection
Work with analytics and tracking platforms (Google Analytics, BI tools, GTM Tag Manager, UTM tagging, pixels) and ensure QA for email deliverability and campaigns.
Reporting and Forecasting :
Create MIS reports for monthly and quarterly reviews (MQLs, SQLs, Deals, Pipeline, Closed Won, conversion rates) across segments and geographies
Build predictive reports and forecasts of marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue, supporting planning cycles with leadership
Partner with leadership and sales / revops teams to align on lead definitions, funnel stages, and pipeline planning.
Processes and Enablement :
Define and manage project intake processes, service levels, approvals, and backlog
Ensure Click Up boards and sprints are properly structured and tracked for campaign execution
Train the marketing team on tools, workflows, and processes to improve adoption of best practices
Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to align processes and ensure smooth cross-functional execution
You’d be a great fit if you have :
marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing program
management (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments)
HubSpot (or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms)
including workflows, lead scoring, and routing
lead attribution, CRM data management , and enrichment practices
Google Analytics, BI platforms, GTM Tag Manager, and UTM / pixel tracking
build reports and dashboards for pipeline metrics
(MQLs, SQLs, Deals, Closed Won) and revenue forecasting
project management
tools (ClickUp, Asana, or similar) and sprint planning
data privacy, consent, and compliance requirements
for marketing tracking
organizational and stakeholder management skills
with the ability to align cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and vendors.
Analytical mindset
with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
