About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, events, etc.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.
- Assist in the launch of new products / services with go-to-market strategies and promotions.
- Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging marketing materials (emails, blogs, social posts, brochures, etc.
- Support the creation of sales enablement content like case studies, presentations, and whitepapers.
- Coordinate with PR and communication teams for external messaging and media outreach.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Assist in SEO / SEM strategy and execution; work with agencies or internal teams to improve rankings and performance.
- Collaborate on performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRMs / marketing automation platforms to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct competitor analysis, customer research, and market trend monitoring.
- Provide insights to support product positioning, pricing, and messaging strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5-7 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced or agency environment.Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management.Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar.Strong copywriting and communication skills.Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite(ref : iimjobs.com)
