The Nirmaan Group is a diversified enterprise with activities spanning beverages, manufacturing, and international trade. We are seeking an experienced

Head Accountant

to oversee and strengthen our accounting function.

With a dedicated team already in place, the Head Accountant will be responsible for streamlining operations, maintaining oversight, and ensuring that the accounts department — the financial backbone of the company — runs smoothly, independently, and with zero tolerance for errors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Independently prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

Maintain and review books of accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Implement systems to minimize errors and strengthen internal financial controls.

Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure audit readiness, liaising directly with statutory auditors.

Provide financial insights and compliance updates to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

10–15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

Proven expertise in independently managing statutory filings and tax returns.

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and corporate taxation.

Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
