Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and people-centric Retail Training Executive to plan, execute, and track training programs for our retail staff across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on retail experience, and a passion for developing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction and ongoing training programs for in-store staff.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions, grooming, customer service, and sales skill training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and store performance KPIs.
- Partner with Store Managers and HR to identify training needs.
- Conduct periodic audits and on-the-floor coaching.
- Create training materials, SOPs, and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline. Training certification is a plus.2-5 years of experience in retail training or frontline retail operations.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Knowledge of ethnic wear, sarees, or premium retail is preferred.Show more
