Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and people-centric Retail Training Executive to plan, execute, and track training programs for our retail staff across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on retail experience, and a passion for developing people.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver induction and ongoing training programs for in-store staff.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions, grooming, customer service, and sales skill training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and store performance KPIs.
• Partner with Store Managers and HR to identify training needs.
• Conduct periodic audits and on-the-floor coaching.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and feedback mechanisms.
