Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and impact on business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Design and deliver process training, soft skills training, product training, and team handling sessions for clients.
- Conduct training analysis to measure program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into organizational processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre industry or similar field.Strong understanding of TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Train the Trainer), OJT (On-the-job Training), TNI (Training Need Identification).Excellent communication skills with ability to handle diverse groups effectively.Skills Required
