Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring effective delivery and impact on business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and deliver behavioral training, soft skills training, and other types of trainings to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design customized solutions for specific audiences or groups within the organization.
- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.Strong understanding of Training Delivery, Training Management, TNA, TNI, OJT, TTT, Train the Trainer, Training Analysis, Needs Assessment, People Management, Training Programs, Need Analysis.Proven track record in developing successful training programs that drive business results.Skills Required
