Role Overview :
We are seeking a Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and hands-on marketing experience to accelerate JustDogs' next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth strategies across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels.
- Drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention through full-funnel experimentation and analytics.
- Manage paid and organic marketing initiatives to improve ROI and customer LTV.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to enhance UI / UX and improve conversion rates.
- Identify and prioritize growth levers using data, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead campaign planning for seasonal and new product launches, ensuring omnichannel consistency.
- Partner with regional retail teams to integrate digital-led store traffic and loyalty initiatives.
- Track and report key metrics - CAC, AOV, retention, and channel efficiency - to leadership.
Desired Profile :
3-6 years' experience in growth, marketing, or strategy roles within D2C, retail, or consumer tech brands.Strong analytical skills with comfort in performance metrics, funnel tracking, and A / B testing.Proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.Demonstrated success in improving conversion, retention, and marketing ROI.Prior experience in pet care, FMCG, or lifestyle retail is a plus.MBA / B.Tech from Tier-1 institute preferred (IIM / IIT / ISB).Why Join Us?
