Job Description :
Training Needs Analysis : To work with leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps and future learning needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
Strategy Development : To create and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports the company's long-term goals. This involves setting learning objectives and choosing the right methods to achieve them.
Program Design & Development : To design engaging learning programs, which can include workshops, e-learning courses, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training. Create content by selves or work with external vendors.
Implementation & Delivery : Responsible for the logistics of training, including scheduling, communication, and sometimes facilitating sessions themselves or managing a team of trainers.
Budget Management : To develop and manage the annual L&D budget, ensuring that training investments provide a good return.
Evaluation & ROI : A key part of the role is measuring the effectiveness of training programs. To use metrics and feedback to assess the impact on employee performance and business outcomes, often calculating the Return on Investment (ROI) of learning initiatives.
Learning Technology Management : Select and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and track training efficiently.
