Senior Legal Associate - LLB / LLM

Role : Legal Associate

Location : Mumbai (Bandra West)

CTC : 10 - 15lpa

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial / regulatory authorities.
• Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings to mitigate risks and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Provide expert legal advice on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including resolution strategies and asset recovery.
• Carry out in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws such as the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and IRDAI guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to resolve compliance, regulatory, and investigation matters.
• Support client negotiations, investor communications, and legal aspects of corporate Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) - Mandatory
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) - Preferred
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in relevant legal roles
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under strict deadlines
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
• Knowledge of corporate laws, IBC, and financial regulations.
