Qualification : Candidates should be good & consistent academic record and MBA(HR) Full time from reputed colleges / University would be preferred.
Key roles :
1. Talent Acquisition : Sourcing, Interviewing, Interview coordination with Partners, Offer management and post offer engagement.
2. Talent Management : Online Onboarding, documentation, Conducting Induction session, Confirmation process, Exit Interviews and analysis, Pulse and new joiners feedback etc
3. Manage Internship process
4. Engagement : Conceptual, Plan and execute engagement programs based on EE calendar
5. L&D : Conducting HR / Talent process sessions, conceptualise and plan soft skills program
6. HR Projects : Should be willing to take HR projects in any Talent focus area and plan and execute
7. HR analytics / Dashboards : Should be able to create dashboards / HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management
