Job Description : Telecalling Sales Executive – Smileguard

Department : Sales & Patient Acquisition

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Smileguard (Clinic / Corporate Office)

Role Overview

The Telecalling Sales Executive at Smileguard will focus on calling parents, patients, schools, and leads to explain Smileguard preventive dental packages, book appointments, and drive enrollments. Field visits will be required only when necessary , such as school meetings, clinic coordination, or patient follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion (Primary Duty)

  • Make outbound calls to parents, schools, clinics, leads, and inquiries.
  • Explain Smileguard’s preventive dental packages, camp details, and benefits.
  • Handle objections confidently and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Follow up with warm leads and ensure appointment bookings.

2. Field Visits (Only If Needed)

  • Visit schools or clinics when physical meetings or presentations are required.
  • Collect documents, confirm appointments, or support camp activities if needed.
  • Represent Smileguard professionally during external visits.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trust with parents and patients by providing clear, friendly communication.
  • Handle queries regarding dental camps, packages, and clinic details.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
  • 4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update Excel sheets and CRM with call logs, responses, and follow-up statuses.
  • Share daily and weekly performance reports with the HR / Sales Lead.
  • Maintain proper documentation of enrollments and appointment schedules.
  • Skills Required

  • Strong communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Confidence in telecalling and occasional field visits.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
  • Patient-friendly, polite, and professional communication skills.
  • Qualifications

  • 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in telecalling or healthcare sales is an added advantage.
