Job description

Job Title : Head of Telesales Team

Company : Wordsmith Learning Hub, Singapore

Job Location : Work from Home

Salary : INR 85,000 – INR 2,41,000 (Basic + Incentive)

Exp : min 5 yrs in Telesales team managing (Education industry preferred)

Time : 8 am - 6 pm - one hour lunch, Sat-Sun - 7 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm

Sat-Sun compulsory working

Salary Range :

INR 50,000 – INR 80,000 (Basic)

INR 35000 - INR 1.61,000 (Incentive)

If 100% target achieve, total take home salary will be INR 85,000 – INR 2,41,000

Job Description :

  • To do sales calls to Leads which we will be providing (Product training will be given)
  • Follow up on sales calls on alternate days and clarify the Lead queries
  • Attend to WhatsApp queries of Lead - should know to read, write and speak in English, Tamil Language
  • To explain by phone about the Wordsmith products and Enrol them
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
  • Collect and analyze information, and streamline data to do product promotion
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Adhoc duties as and when required

Requirement :

  • Diploma / Degree with min 5 years of work experience in Telemarking team handling (experience in Telesales is a must)
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and a willingness to go above and beyond to drive business growth.
  • Must have a Power Backup (UPS) in working space at home near your desk
