Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller / Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
  • Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update client database with accurate details and follow-up status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable service information.
  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Prepare call reports and maintain records in CRM tools or Excel sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle client queries and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
