Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product information & solutions.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support the sales closure process.
Maintain call logs, CRM records, and daily MIS reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 1–4 years experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Product Sales.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain product benefits clearly.
Prior experience in Auto / Construction / Wood / Industrial products is highly preferred.
Good attitude, disciplined follow-ups & target-oriented approach.
